UK Members!

I have a Tom Delonge Gibson ES-333 for sale. Mint condition, mainly due to the fact its only been out of the case about 5 times, and played for a total of around 3 hours.
Looking for £3000.
Anyone interested?

You know these (before discontinued) used to sell at £1,850? I'm just checking.. £3,000 seems heavily over priced.

Just saw it as more of a collectors item than one i would buy to play, im not exactly great on the guitar so have just stuck to messing around on an old one.

Let me save you some time here: No one is going to drop $3000 on a Tom DeLonge guitar.

its not even $3000. He's asking 3000 pounds. Thats close to $6000. They don't sell for that much. They have been discontinued for years. They still sell for about $2000. I have 2 both of which I bought in the last year and paid $2000 for each. The guy who bought davids guitar can't even get $4000 USD for his you certainly won't get what you want and coming to a forum where yes the guitar might be sought by a few the majority knows how much the guitar is worth and simply won't pay that much.

It's actually closer to $4,500, I wouldn't go as far as $6,000. But yeah, it is still a bit insane.

$3000 would be ridiculous for a Tom DeLonge guitar. I wouldn't pay that much even if it were signed. $4500 is just dumb. OP, if you sell it for that much, please tell me who it is so I can ridicule them for the rest of their life.

Just because something is discontinued doesnt make it rare (worth more). In fact, it normally means the demand is gone for the product. If someone wanted a legit Gibson, they would have gotten one already, otherwise, they would just pick up the Epiphone.

Right? Just buy a regular hollow body Gibson/Epiphone, a Duncan invader pickup, slap some paint on it, burn it a bit, maybe spray paint some dumb shit on it, and you'll have the same guitar for less than OP's asking price.

You can actually still get the Gibson model made directly from the custom shop, so it's not rare 'nor is it technically discontinued. Realistically, OP would get the new price at a push, but there's no hope of ever selling it on here now.

Good. It's our duty as frequenters of the bands official forum to thwart sellers attempts at trying to rip off fans.
